Paula works as a cleaning woman and lives in a world of her own, but her faith in love is unshakable. When she meets the Turkish security guard Mustafa, she just knows: He is Mr. Right. When, soon afterwards, Mustafa takes off unexpectedly for Turkey, Paula takes fate into her own hands and sets off after him, without so much as an address or telephone number. A funny, naive-clever romantic adventure that was completely improvised by the actors. The filmmakers, both graduates of the Ludwigsburg Film Academy, were awarded prizes at various festivals for their 2001 short film "Die Wurstverkäuferin" (The Lady Sausage Seller).
