Docker and Dretzke are back. After the LKA and Phil Collins, the super cops from Cologne-Porz focus on international terrorism. Shankar Singh, a maharaja with prostrate problems, seeks treatment in Germany. To prevent an attempt on the life of the corpulent potentate, Jürgen Docker (Jürgen Tarrach) is used as a decoy. But the killer is closer to the victim than suspected.
