The Festival “Golden Rose” in Montreux Switzerland annually premieres the best programs in the field of television entertainment and is counted among the most highly regarded international television awards in the branch.
Serving as a meeting point for all creative energies and media industrialists of the television entertainment business, the Rose d’Or Festival has been the most important festival for entertainment programs in television for the last 42 years. It offers more than a place for innovations and trendsetting for shaping programming; instead it represents a showplace for vision and expertise within the entertainment format. The Rose d’Or Festival – a market place, where know-how and personal contacts can be exchanged, and the future of entertainment has already begun; the stage is set for the most renowned international competition for the Golden Rose.
As in the last year, there will be an hour-long special about the festival; clips of this feature, as well as of the programs of this year’s prize winners, can be seen at the showcase.
The Rose d’Or Festival – Rendezvous in Montreux Switzerland, will take place next year from May 13th-18th.
