The camera follows Bernard Kouchner, UN Representative in Kosovo since July 1999, and does not leave his side over a period of six months. A real Mission Impossible in a highly nervous part of the world: reintegration of refugees, demilitarization, reconstruction. Kouchner, founder of "Médicins Sans Frontières" (Doctors without Borders), is confronted with orthodox attitudes, bloody acts of retribution and never-ending negotiations. A highly explosive, tense but important document on the current state of affairs in this world of ours, also of a highly historical value.
