A Bengali disco-owner from Sweden is producing an action-packed film in Bangladesh. He has his leading actress, the blonde Swede Lisa, flown in with her entire family in tow. The other one, the young Shangita, becomes his sizzling love interest, and that in spite of deep-seated religious sentiments against actresses who let themselves be touched by men in public. Constantly switching between saturated welfare state and poverty lines, between real feelings and Hindi movie kitsch, Richard Solarz has filmed a making-of movie about a rather bizarre cultural clash.
