"Confessions" ist Autor und Regisseur John L'Ecuyers Abrechnung mit der eigenen Heroinsucht, die unsentimentale Aufarbeitung eines siebenjährigen Höllentrips in Montreals Drogen- und Prostitutionsunterwelt.
